A Moment of Solitude

Imagine that you can simply step into this photograph and place yourself on the bench that sits waiting for you.
You are here today to take advantage of an opportunity to stop your frantic review of your list of things to do, in favor of pausing and catching your breath.

As you begin to settle in,  use your gentle breathing as a way to start the process of letting go of the tension that you may be unconsciously holding on to and storing in your nervous system.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, allowing each breath to settle deeply into your body, before you let it go and then relax your body around it.

See that? Feeling better aren't you? Stay as long as you choose and who knows? You might even hear the whisper of your intuitive guidance giving you a message of inspiration that will uplift your spirit and increase your capacity to thrive for the rest of the day.
